        The cashier/person working was VERY knowledgeable with the hair products we needed and also very kind and willing to help. Would definitely recommend for great quality hair products especially if you might have any questions about which to choose.

        If I could rate zero for customer service I would, they closed at 7 I walked up to the door one minute before 7 and the worker let someone in the door shut the door on me and locked it, while they still had customers in the store. I have been a repeat customer for many years I will never be back to that one.

        Dont shop here literally didnt even open a product or take it out of the packaging. And literally refused returns. All that was said you can spend extra money to dye it. Worse experience ever. Wasnt even informed of there being no returns.
