ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS, they don't listen, have next to no patience, and LIE ABOUT THE PRICE When I went they pulled the wrong tooth and when I was done they told me a total and I paid CASH somehow I owed them money and they sent it to collections (I paid my balance in FULL and in CASH) ABSOLUTE TRASH OF AN OPERATION AND I WILL BAD MOUTH THEM FOREVER AND I HONESTLY SHOULD SUE

Avoid at all costs!! Ive been in twice to get a cleaning and get dental work done and left without anything. They explicitly told me to schedule a two hour block after the first appointment because they scheduled me on a day the doctor wasnt there!! I took time off work for it. So I come back 2 weeks later, having scheduled the 2 hour block that I was instructed to do, and they said it was a consultation visit for 45 minutes. Crooked practice now gets to charge my insurance for x-rays for no reason. The dental assistant rude about it all too. Dr. Cope stood there clueless about what could / couldnt happen because he doesnt do the scheduling. If its your practice, own it! Fix the miscommunication from your staff. Dont avoid responsibility. Make it right, Cope.

I very much enjoyed Rhonda as my dental hygienist. She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, explained the reasoning behind the less comfortable procedures, and gave me advice on how to care for my teeth long term. Rhonda was very gentle and precise with the tooth/plaque scraper and didn't touch my gums once with it. She was also very courteous and has a talent for customer service! The atmosphere overall is very nice here, the location is super convenient for anyone who lives by Meijer, and I'd recommend this office to anyone

Highland Creek Dental is a state of the art new facility that offers, customer rapport, concern, and over all pride in your smile. The staff is amazing and the hard work they put in to making your smile look as good as you feel when you walk-out the door. Confidence is everything and that's how they make you feel when you walk out with a great smile. I would definitely recommend Highland Creek Dental and their staff to everyone. They are more than just a dental office they treat you like family.
