Rude condescending behavior from staff and management. Did not listen to my concerns and made me feel attacked and belittled. I've been with them awhile everything was good until I had an issue with my partials then I seen a different side of everyone.
Switching dentist now.

I have gone to them for year. I said my concern when they cleaned my teeth every six months. I thought I would go to a different dentist just because. I have to get a filling and one of my teeth is cracked. The dentist showed me and said this did not just happened. They have asked for my xrays and have not received them. Advantage always said everything was good and no worries. I also had a tooth pulled and they cut my bone and now I have to have a bone graft. I am very upset and no one seems to care what is going on. Even though I have went there for years! And never once was told anything was wrong.

My whole family absolutely loves coming in for our dental cleanings and all of our other dental needs. I used to have so much anxiety about going ro the dentist, but all of the staff at Advantage are so calming, reassuring and very informative on what they are doing step by step. My boys 7 and 13 have no fear of going and always have a good time, and enjoy all the fun flavor options!

Best dentist office I've been to! The staff are friendly and professional, and treat you like a person. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist office.
