I had an emergency power outtage on the coldest day of the year due to a trash truck taking out my power lines. I called twin city to and explained to them what happened and they had someone on their way within 30 mins! The guys were friendly and got the job done professionally. I can't say how they are price wise because the trash company had to pay for everything. But they were the only electronic company out of the 5 I called that were willing to help me in the emergency situation that I was in.

The work was sub par they charge almost 6 grand for barely doing any work that would cost 2 grand with another company. They took advantage of the situation and they overcharged for work that had to be repaired by another company. The salesman was a very nice man and the workers as well, they were on their phone the most of the time trying to learn how to do the work on YouTube while charging me $82.50 an hour for the pro they had who knew what he was doing and the same rate for the apprentices. I will have to now take time out of my work week to dispute this in court. Service: Remodeling
