I love this place, I dealt with Tyson and he was amazing. Was very pleased with everything. Had more stuff added to my cart he never hesitated to come pick my cart up and do the work in a timely manner. Had my cart back with in a couple hours. I requested info on a cart on Saturday night and got an immediate response from Tyson. He offered to meet me on Sunday morning and let me test drive. Fifty minutes later, I am on my way home with my new I40 Icon, Caribbean blue, at a great price. A great buying experience, A+.

Captain Spiffy isn't exactly close to my home, but a few of the golf carts I saw in their advertisement caught my interest. After a drive of just over an hour we were greeted there by a friendly and welcoming staff. The temperature outside at the time was less than comfortable so we were shown into a showroom/warehouse and the salesman retrieved the cart I was looking for. We were given plenty of time to examine the cart. All our questions were answered and we were allowed a test drive around the property. After coming to an agreement with the salesman the paperwork was quick. 3 days later our golf cart was delivered to our campsite well over an hour from their shop. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase.

I couldn't be more pleased with the sales experience and post-sale service commitment from Captain Spiffy Carts. Tyson was so easy to do business with, while we were picking out our Icon I40L golf cart. Honest and fair pricing all the way! Top Notch sales guy.
I had a few questions and 1 issue when the cart arrived at our house in Minnesota, and Tyson and Preston were ON IT immediately. Preston went above and beyond what I thought possible, being that I live 500 miles away. Regular calls to diagnose and check-ins to make sure that we were happy and our issue was resolved. Everything was resolved and I have complete confidence that if we need help in the future, that I can count on the team at Captain Spiffy Carts.
Tyson, thank you for a smooth transaction. You made it so easy, AND had some great recommendations on customizations. We love the cart.
