        Worst experience ever. Paid 105 buck for a perm and today there is no perm at all. Stylist had to ask the other person how to do one. Kept worrying about looking at her phone and doing other things. Wish I could get my money back because that was a waste of time and money. If you don't know how to do a perm don't do them

      Janelle,We are stunned to see this review! You were given an excellent perm and were very satisficed when you left the salon. You washed the perm out and even let our team know you washed it. We reviewed the service and spoke with the Manager and the stylist did exactly what she should have. You also left the review for the wrong salon and judging by your other negative reviews, we probably are not the issue here. Our team is incredible and they work very hard to provide excellent service. Of course, we are not perfect and do make mistakes but we did not in this case.
