Tempest Homes

The post-sale service is terrible. We found some minor issues right after the closing, definitely within the guarantee period. They kept checking it out after being called, but never fixed the problems.

I love love. love love my home. This is the first home I had built and I absolutely love it. Its the perfect size home and Chris adjusted the floor plan so that I could have the bathtub I always wanted. I love my kitchen island and long windows overlooking the pond with the fountain. I love having a fireplace and a farm style sink. Chris was so amazing to work with! He could have easily pushed me out of my beautiful house at any time and sold my house easily for a lot more money, but he didn't. He stood by the contract. And he even accommodated the last minute flooring change when I needed to adjust my budget. I can't recommend him enough! My only recommendation is to listen to his recommendations. He definitely knows best. He advised me about a flooring choice I made and he was right! The other recommendation is paying extra and going with sod all over! Seeding is a waste, takes forever, and you'll be growing more weeds than grass. Cheaper and easier to pay for sod up front. Huge headache and expense to deal with seeding issues.

I have been in the Tempest property for more than a year & trying to contact the management regarding the Sod issue as it is uneven. Even after sending multiple emails & voicemails no response from Jennifer who is responsible for this.

Yesterday, something small that happened to my house particularly my fault lol. I emailed them and within hours they were here and fix my problem. When I think of tempest homes, I think of amazing people who care about helping you and your specific need. Shane specifically has been amazing to deal with. I recommend tempest homes to everyone!(:
