Cant say enough great things about our experience with Brian and Kristy. They are amazing! As first time home builders we had a lot of questions and requests and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We were reasonable with our expectations of the process and anything that came up was handled immediately. We would definitely recommend Keene Homes to anyone considering building a custom, quality home!

If you are looking for a quality home, good customer service, and an enjoyable experience. KHI fits all those areas. My husband and I enjoyed the No-pressure atmosphere where we were able to craft our dream home and watch it built from start to finish. Each team member was responsive to our questions. They allowed us the time needed to make big decisions and guided us where we were unsure. Weve been in our home for a year now and every day I find another aspect that I just love. KHI were great to deal with when we built our home this year. From start to finish the service and quality of work cant be beat!!! We did an initial visit with Kristy in the office and within 5 months we were moving in to our dream home. Kristy was our point/go to person who make the process a breeze and worry free. She kept in contact weekly on the ongoing decisions that needed to be made. Her wonderful personality and knowledge of the housing business was very reassuring to us that we made the right decision with going with KHI to build our home. As much as my husband and I wanted to love this company, they fell very short on expectations. They came highly recommended from friends. The whole meeting I felt like was a disaster. We went in expecting to build our dream home with a top builder yet the whole time was being talked out of things on our wish list. My husband and I make good money and are very aware of what things cost but during this time they made us feel like we wouldnt be able to afford things on our wish list. Snide comments were made as well that we felt were very unprofessional, we had talked with numerous builders and we got comments like why arent they building your house then? Well, they will be because of this! Also, the cost list we received was completely bogus, we own our land there is an existing foundation, well and septic yet they still expected us to hand them half a million dollars I dont think so. If they didnt want to do our project they should have just said so instead of giving us a quote they knew we wouldnt be willing to even pay because only a person with wool in their eyes would.
