Very rude front staff. Incredibly unhelpful in assisting to refund a reservation that a third party affiliate made incorrectly. We're now out of a hotel reservation and out of money. Wouldn't recommend...

I am sorry that the front desk staff is unable to refund a "pre pay/no cancel reservation." The person you spoke to was not rude however. She even tried to help you simply change the arrival date to another date. Unfortunately, the system will automatically post the no cancel charge if we cancel the reservation. You should address this with the third party affiliate who made the reservation. Upon making such reservations you must click to accept the terms (more than once I believe) for a pre pay/no cancel reservation. It is very clear that the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and that no refunds will be given. Again, I apologize that you felt the desk person was rude. A few years ago this hotel was a 1 star to me. I accidentally booked a room here instead of the Comfort Inn the other night. They have updated it and its much improved. The service has always been top notch. The only really bad part is the clientele is always loud. It seems to have a lot of activity going on in the halls all the time. Not unsafe, just motion and commotion.
