        This place has just gone downhill since Shaun and Leslie left. These new people don't care about the customers like they did and it's a real shame. I've never had to argue with them like I do brett and it's ridiculous. This man sits here and constantly tells us we don't make enough but yet we never had a problem getting a refinance or our taxes done until he started working here. He sits here and tells us that our income isn't enough to get a 200 dollar refinance that would make our payments go up by 5 bucks I will never get a loan from this place ever again once our loan is paid off. If I could give 0 stars I would. And for anyone considering getting a loan from here just don't. Heights finance is a way better loan company that will actually help

        Where to begin! So as most people right now, I am going through financial difficulties. I got a small loan a couple grand to catch me up on bills. Well I pay it usually on time or around the day its due, for the last couple months I have been the sole provider for my family of 7 & I have been juggling a lot, blessed to still have a job while the census is low and Im not getting overtime. Overtime is what makes my check a livable wage. While everyone else aside from BRETT at world finance was understanding and working with me for my small payments Im only 2 payments behind (about 600$) to be current. I am waiting on my tax check to be able to pay it off and catch up my other bills. They refuse to let me just make a small payment a week and want it all upfront. I spoke to BRETT he was severely inappropriate with how he handles speaking to customers, not to mention inconsiderate. He kept interrupting me and being overbearing and then literally hung up on me!! Apparently not someone who needs to work in a customer service setting when dealing with people. I was only letting them know why I hadnt paid yet and that I was going to pay when I had it. If anyone is like me and is hard up for a loan I would reccoment Hieghts finances all day over world as long as BRETT works there they need not to have that egotistical person with an attitude bigger than his title call me about anything!
