Hoped for a better finished product. After multiple attempts to repair our broken window, this is the end result. In February, there was a mix up with the original order, but they were very apologetic and quickly corrected the issue. No worries. Sadly, installation was a challenge. A completely new window was installed in March but it had a crack which grew larger. A replacement of only the exterior glass was scheduled in May, but the new glass broke during install. I was concerned to learn only the exterior glass (not the entire window) would be replaced due to condensation issues between the panes if it is not properly sealed. I was told they will correct if theres any issue later. In June, the replacement glass was received and the installed. It was so fast I didnt even know the installer left. Unfortunately, after all the wait, the window looks bad.Theres large clear sealant globs and smudges/fingerprints everywhere. Really hoping these are not between the panes of glass. We will have them professionally cleaned to see if it helps. The window is very high and on a hill so I understand installation isnt an easy task especially since it was only one person installing it. Sadly, this is the window above our bed and the first thing we notice when we enter. I will update the rating and review based on cleaning results and if condensation appears this winter.
