        VERY impersonal as my 1st impression! You have a phone number that refers people to a portal? How Rude! Regardless as to your excuse! No worries though, I will find a place in which someone answers their phone and who's actually caring enough to talk to me up front to assess what my possible needs are. Not to be dismissed as soon as dial a number. This is a HORRIBLE way to conduct any business!

        If anyone can show/tell me how to set an appt I would be happy to give a rating, the online site directs new clients to contact practice. you then need to contact the practice(which I did) and it directs you through every option to the patient portal. Not really sure how to set an appt given the loop you are in to do so.
