Sleep Number

We can't say enough about our experience at our local Sleep Number store. We spent maybe 1.75 hours making all of our decisions, and we never felt rushed, or pushed in any way to make a certain decision or to hurry up and decide. It can be and it was a hard choice to make. Special shout out to Taylor who helped us through all of this, tremendous people skills, which speaks highly of the local store manager. We haven't gotten the bed installed yet, but as far as the store experience, highly recommend it!!!

We always try to ask for Taylor as she has been very helpful from our first visit. Always a pleasure to work with. This store has a very friendly atmosphere and we enjoy the selections and service.

I walked in and instantly felt I was in good hands Bree showed me around trying what beds would be a good fit letting me make up my mind it was a great experience we can't wait for it to be delivered!!!

My wife and I came in to buy a mattress for our RV. While we were there, the salesperson accused my wife of rolling her eyes at her, which she did not do and is not like her to do. The salesperson said that my wife offended her but that she was willing to "put it behind her." We've been Sleep Number customers for over 20 years and knew what we wanted. This would have been an easy sale. There was no reason for my wife to have rolled her eyes, so I don't know what the salesperson thought she saw, but my wife walked out in tears because she was wrongfully accused of rolling her eyes. We will buy a Sleep Number bed, but we will never shop at this Sleep Number store again because of the elitist attitude of the salesperson with an apparent chip on her shoulder.

The employee Taylor who helped us make our purchase was great and explained everything to our satisfaction would highly recommend this store!
