        Initially everything was fine. I purchased a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/green. I was delivered a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/gold. When I called about it I was told the sales associate had gone in and changed my order to the blue/gold one because the Bed Match machine said I needed a gold firmness level. I have talked to the sales associate twice, the manager once on the phone and once by email. The manager said they don't understand how they are in the wrong here. They will not resolve the situation so that I have a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/green like I ordered.

        Fastest my husband and I have ever confidently picked out a mattress. Love the way theyve incorporated technology into the buying process. We had a full body scan using bed match technology and narrowed it down to 3 great options within minutes. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommended. Will be back to pick out a bedspread next using your tech for that.

      Maury, We are not closed, we moved across the street to the former Pier one building so customers can have a bigger and better shopping experience
