Thanks to Chengs professional knowledge as a skillful realtor, my condo got rented out with nice rate and creditable tenant as my family had hoped. She arrived earlier and was patiently waiting for me before our scheduled appointment, helped me to take pictures and videos of my condo for more professional looking, gave me suggestions on how to read through items in the contracts and talk with tenants about key issues of rentals.
