A few weeks ago, I on a cross country road trip. I had already completed Ontario, CA to Washington DC on Run For The Wall. I was now making the run to the Middle East Conflicts Wall when my bike won't start. I get my bike here hoping that it would be an easy fix and I would be back on the road soon. I was crushed when the service writer to me that he would be able to get to ot some time the next week. I had be back to CA later that week for work. I mentioned my plight and was told that he would do his best to have it looked at sometime that day. A tech was on my bike in an hour and thoroughly diagnosed my bike. I was back on the road 4 hours later. Thank you Indian Motorcycle of Lafayette!

My wife and I had to stop in on 6/7 due to an emergency on my chieftain before our trip to southern Georgia. The techs took the time out of their busy schedule to squeeze us in and went over it with a fine tooth comb. During our 4 hour wait, the staff up front were absolutely outstanding making our stay as comfortable and stress free as possible. It's great to know that the hospitality and family atmosphere isn't just at my home dealer, but everywhere with Indian. Strongly suggest paying these folks a visit they're truly top notch.
