Journal & Courier

I am just about exhausted trying to get customer service to followthru with what they say will happen. My brother lives in an assisted living facility and is just trying to get the Journal and Courier that he had paid for for years. They either don't deliver or deliver the Wall Street journal. Customer Service does not seem to get it......these folks are confined and their only link to the community is the newspaper..why can't this get corrected. I understand that five residents are in the same situation..please forget credits just deliver the paper....Promises mean nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!one star is an exaggeration

I didn’t realize (but I guess I should have) that the J&C had relocated to a half abandoned strip mall. I guess that’s what happens when local journalism dies a slow, painful, self-inflicted death. What a real shame, when we could use trustworthy information now more than ever. RIP

Larry, my carrier is by far the worst carrier I've ever had in all the years I've subscribed to the J&C. It took me months last year to get a paper tube. We would find our paper in the back of my truck, on top of my wife's car, on our windshields, etc, etc. The tube stopped that until the last two days. The paper has been in the driveway. I can't understand why the J& C tolerates this type of service or I should say the lack of service.

I could not update my credit card on the app or even on the phone! I was told to talk to my carrier....he comes at 5am! How can I talk to them? Ridiculous that I can’t update my payment info.
