        I go into this store several times a year to print documents. On this occasion I needed one copy made and laminated. The young woman did my simple job and did not charge me. I appreciate the time she took, while in the middle of another job to help me out. Thank you Ava! Excellent customer service!

        The associates Billy and Nick were extremely helpful with my shipping needs. Both gentleman were very patient and kind, and very knowledgeable on the services needed. They are an asset to this store!

        Some Product prices not marked. Other product prices ring up much higher at the register . When I brought this to the clerks attention he did nothing about it so I didnt get those items.

        I select Staples for Amazon returns which allows me to return the package and receive a coupon to shop. Unfortunately, most of the time this area is understaffed or the individuals arent happy to help with this service. On several occasions workers openly complained about performing the returns. The exception is Aiden. He is an ABSOLUTE JOY!! He has a positive attitude and always willing to help. I would give a higher rating if others were as welcoming and polite as he is. THANK YOU, AIDEN!!!
