They rushed me through the process. Not personable whatsoever. I don't doubt the quality of their experience, however the quality of their customer service was lacking.

I've always had issues with this place. Either they can't find my appt or they can't find my insurance it's always something when I come even with an appt plus the staff flat out says they don't have time to help you they'll blame it on being under staffed but from what I see if you'd just take a breath talk to ppl with some calmness and understanding you'd see your not as over whelmed as your acting. This worker talked fast to everyone and over everyone left no room to communicate any issues the customer might have I just kept hearing her repeat Im A one man show alot of huffin and puffin

Catherine and Dave and my Doctor of Optometry Taylor Hoffman were all very welcoming and friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable and very professional even though we joked around and had a few laughs, I learned a lot about my vision and vision in general that was never explained or clarified by their competition, which by the way we'll never go back to because of the rudeness and uncaring attitudes we experienced there. Vision works is our very own vision specialist center and we were treated like family and their expertise is unrivaled. Not only did we receive above and beyond customer service but we also watched as they gave everyone who came in the door the same outstanding customer support to each and every one of them. They are a fantastic team and I highly recommend Catherine and Dave and Dr. Taylor Hoffman to be your personal vision experts.
