Brooks team painted the exterior trim on my home . They recommended an amazing color . They were very thorough and professional. The owner followed up to check progress and check in with me on all the details . I am so happy with the end result and my home has never looked so good . We contracted Brooks Painting to refresh the paint in our kitchen, dining room  living room and hall.  They also painted the baseboards, trim and doors.  We were extremely satisfied with the work done in our home.  Great care was taken with our belongings everything was moved and covered during the painting process.  The staff were on time every day polite and professional.  We will definitely use Chad and his team again for our painting needs.

Quality depends on if you get their A team or not. The painters are friendly; the owner chooses to provide poor customer service when there are problems. We built a new home in 2018 that they painted and we are still waiting for small touch ups or missed areas to be painted. The owner actually complained to me about it when questioned. Fast forward to today- Just had a large entertainment cabinet built for a large television and the contractor hired Brooks to paint the entertainment center. In the process of painting the cabinet the one month old TV was damaged and Brooks will take no responsibility, going so far as to tell me his employee saw me touch the TV so I could have broke it, like Im trying to pin something on them. His last bit of advice was its new so my insurance should pay for it. If you want to roll the dice and hope you get the A team, and dont care if the owner ignores problems and likes to argue with you, hire Brooks. Its a shame because several of the guys do good work, but Id rather work with a customer focused business even if it cost more.
