Jeremy quoted us for a new water heater and he arrived to install on the SAME DAY we called!! No extra fees for weekends (Sunday install). He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, flexible (since we gave him the incorrect measurements..sorry Jeremy!) and straightforward. He and his assistant explained everything and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Water Heater Express and will definitely rely on Jeremys company for future projects. THANK YOU!!!! I went and installed a new water heater myself and ran into some issues. I called Jeremy and he was going to try and help me fix it over the phone, to try and save me some money. I ended up having him come out and in less than an hour he was done and left us with a fixed and fully running machine. I will definitely be going back to him, and referring him to everyone I know. Most excellent service and very friendly.

Our water heater died Monday evening and Jeremy was there replacing it on Tuesday morning. Jeremy and his assistant were so professional and kind. He also consulted with me about some additional work I'm hoping to do, and he gave me contacts for the things he said he couldn't do. Jeremy knows his stuff!! He gives you all the options and prices on the cost of the repair before he starts working. So no surprises!
