        Jamie was a nightmare to work with at this location. She gave us incorrect information about the weight of the envelopes we were mailing and the options that were allowable, (& delivered that incorrect information in a snarky tone). We came back after making the changes she suggested and still had to pay double postage because she was wrong. I would avoid this location if you can, although it doesnt seem to be busy any of the times weve been in.

        This is the only post office in Lafayette that I like. Most people sleep on the downtown post office and use the one on 26. That one is almost always packed with a line out to where you do the passport stuff. This one may have a few people waiting, but they are always quick. I will only use this one if I can help it

        I had to do an in person verification of my identification. I went in person to do it. I was told it was done. That was 10 days ago. Today. I got a reminder that I need to complete my in person verification. So, have to make another trip. If you can't do something, please tell the person! Now I have mail that I need in a box that I no longer have access to and am at least 10 days delayed on preventing more!
