They've been really good to us about when we need like pest control or if my won't have the full payment for rent they are pretty good at giving you the time ypu need to get it payed

Titan I been with them for a while.just want to say thanks.They are very respectful talking to the Secretary very professional. Every problem I had not many it was answered very quickly lol. Titan don't mean to give you trouble lol But I love you Titan thank you

Ive had a great experience with Titan. Since the beginning when I was abroad and Cole went to the property and made me detailed videos. All my maintenance requests were done timely and perfectly. They replay my messages as soon as I send it. Even on weekends, after work time. I forgot the names of the maintenance guys. Anyway Id like to say: beard guys crew, youre awesome!

Maintenance has been pretty good. Weird charges related to some things but overall they come in a timely manner. The app they use is easy, definitely user friendly. If i were to ever rent a different property from my experience id definitely come back to titan management!
