The Heartland Concept is awesome! Through the course of about a year Alec was very patient with us through our journey. He's very knowledgeable and understanding and couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He's also knowledgeable in the investment realm. I cannot thank Alec enough for his services. My wife and I were first time homebuyers which made this process very foreign to us, obviously. Alec showed us multiple homes and was very honest about each home, the good and/or the bad. Alec was very responsive throughout the process. He did great at letting us know what we needed to do once our offer was pending. Alecs construction background was a great asset when helping buyers navigate through the process. He has a wealth of knowledge in this domain of industry and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a house in the greater Lafayette area to work with him and his company.
