Coors Remodeling

Coors finished our new deck today. We went with pressure treated wood, which will be stained next year. I already love it, and I can't wait to sit out and enjoy my morning coffee. The crew members were all very professional and polite. They built everything according to my design, which is so important to me. I hope to hire this company in the future. Service: Patio decks

Five stars plus. Amazing, perfection, did things we were just communicating about to eachother, next thing we knew it was already done. Offered to help with other project. Would recommend to everyone. A bit more expensive, but well worth it for my dream kitchen. Service: Kitchen remodeling

We contacted Coors to install a dry deck system under our porch. During the consultation, Coors said standard dry deck systems were not adequate due to leaks and prone to mildew. They proposed installing a customize dry deck. We asked several times for pictures but did not receive any. We trusted Coors based on other reviews and statements they advertise regarding installing only the highest-quality products. On the first day of install, we immediately raised a concern the panels had dents, scratches, and visible seams. Coors said they would do finishing touches which resolve these issues. Later in the project, Coors said the performing finishing touches like caulk and touchup paint would not match and be super noticeable. They informed us a change order would be required to paint the entire ceiling to conceal the dents, scratches, and seams created during installation. It was almost twenty percent of the total cost of the project. On day two, the first light was installed which protruded from the ceiling instead of flush mounted. Coors explained it had to look this way to waterproof the ceiling. It is disappointing Coors did not incorporate any of our input discussed in our consultation or factor in the challenges of the materials they selected for the project to prevent damage during installation. UPDATE: After the first rain, both light fixtures leaked. Some panels are short, so the water misses the gutter. Overall, the customized solution leaks and looks awful compared to the standard dry deck system.
