        The workers were so helpful. They made our moving experience from another state very easy. The complex was so easy for our semi truck to get in and out with the movers. We were very lucky to find this place. The online experience is easy to pay and set up your unit. Thanks!

        So far this experience has been extremely unnecessary stress on an already stressful time when moving. Not only did the gate code not work to get in but the exit gate was also broken, which they knew about, but no signage was present. The light in my unit was not working as well so we moved in the dark. (Replaced the lightbulb with no success) Now, upon review of my account, I believe I was overcharged. I Will know more tomorrow. I want to be open minded that issues happen but to be constantly met with disappointment, one after another, was beyond acceptable. I had a caravan of people helping me that were irritated and inconvenienced w trailers, while running out of daylight and all we got was an Im sorry. For the laundry list of issues more than an Im sorry should have been offered. Shop around.

We apologize you were not properly informed that one of our gates is down due to being damaged by a large vehicle. It is scheduled for replacement, and we do have a second gate customers can use to enter and exit on the northside of the property until this work is completed. Our onsite manager will reach out to you to get your unit light replaced, and discuss your account ledger. We want to get all issues you have noted resolved so you can have an untroubled rest of your stay. Thank you for storing with Heartland Storage.
