Fought for disability for almost 8 years with Rod Forbes as my attorney and he is awesome to work with..him and his office were very helpful and attentive to my needs and I would highly recommendhim to anyone

My claim was pretty cut and dry. I hired Mr. Forbes to take my case. His associate filed the initial claim and I was approved in less than 6 months. That was it. Mr. Forbes and his associate were very responsive to my questions and calls. They were very nice to work with. The only reason I am giving him four stars instead of five, is because I felt Mr. Forbes was unclear on the cost. I did sign a contract that said I would pay 25% of my back pay, up to $6,000. I was told though, that I probably would only be charged a couple thousand dollars if we didnt go to court. We did not go to court, and all that needed to be done was filing the initial claim. I do feel I was overcharged. Other than that one misunderstanding, I was very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend Mr. Forbes! Just make sure you are clear on the cost, and that you have it on a contract before signing anything.
