I am a first time customer. My daughter's brakes gave up the ghost near this shop. I knew they had good reviews, but I has always used someone closer to my home who did super work, so why change? But rather than tow the vehicle, I decided to give them a try. We left the vehicle in their lot overnight, and I dropped in shortly after they opened the next morning. Chris, the manager, wrote up my ticket. Very professional...none of the, "OK, non-mechanic person..." attitude you get from some shops. He said he'd call me back when they figured out what was going on. I figured it would be late afternoon, as there were several other vehicles there. I barely had gotten home and had breakfast before Chris called and said, "Here's what is going on..." with a FULL BREAKDOWN of the work to be done, why it had to be done and the cost. I'm moderately mechanical and was thinking, "Man, those prices are rock solid!" so I told him to get the job done. Six hours later, they were done! Work was brakes all around, including rotors, and replaced the rear calipers and bench bled the system. Could I have done that work? Yes, I've done it before, but not in six hours!!! I estimate it would have taken me two days to do the work, around my daily job, family commitments, etc. What most impressed me was, when I got the itemized bill, the prices for the parts were really not any higher than what I would have paid at a national chain auto parts store. I have had work done at other shops and the prices were about double what I could have bought parts for. Labor charges are OK with me, since they are warranted, etc. and a mechanic has to feed their family, too. Nothing wrong with making a living! I would really recommend trying them out if you have any doubts. Good location and excellent service. Thanks Best-One!

Chris and Alaina value relationships and do what is right for their customers! I am so thankful that we were referred to them to fix what a well-known oil lube company damaged. They were professional and took care of everything in a VERY quick manner. They have earned our business from here on out! Thank you, Chris and Alaina!! You guys truly took what could have been a hardship and helped get our vehicle safely back on the road. We appreciate you!

Had a flat tire after running over a curb in a parking lot. Drove a short distance to Best One late in the afternoon. Did not have the size tire I needed, so the manager tracked one down, sent a driver to get it, All of this was after, about a week or so ago, Chris (manager) informed me I needed 4 new tires. Where would I be without Best One of Indy?!
