Professional customer service. Took a little over 2 weeks but they were working with my extended warranty company. All in all worth the wait, as I didnt have to pay a penny over my minimum. Loved the texting service as well. Any time I had a question I texted my my service agent and got a quick reply.

Im very disappointed with how the finance department as well as the management of this dealership has yet refund a deposit we provided to them to assist in looking for a vehicle for us. We were led to believe that this would be refunded to us if we did not purchase the vehicle located for us. We did buy the vehicle and when we were doing the finance portion we requested that deposit be included to the down payment portion we put on the vehicle. Lucky for us I went through the all the paperwork given to us when we got home and noticed that the finance employee did not include that in our down payment. I contacted him right away and was told that he forwarded that to the office personnel to have it refunded to us. Week later and we still do not have our refund. Makes me wonder how many other customers this happens to.
