I have been a customer of Riggs for 4 years. The owner and staff have always been helpful. Their annual service in March for my push lawnmower has always been very effective, and their charge is significantly less expensive than the shop we went to when we lived in Illinois.

Was told to trust them to represent me in a issue I had with a 1 yr old motor the blew up. Did NOT tell the truth to Warranty to what really happened. Had my own dealer tear engine apart and to his findings it was a manufacturer issue not mine, still told them the same story. Thats if they even talked to Warranty. My dealings with Riggs. Not a good company to do business with. Just a heads up to all
