I did a reservation 3 days ahead of time . Completed successfully while even received a reminder email the day of. I purposely took two days off work to get moved. When I arrived at the uhaul location to pick up the Truck I reserved the gentleman said somebody should have called you. We dont have that anymore. I was highly upset as I only had a short timeframe to get moved. He then tried sending me 45 minutes further to another location to see if they have one. I said no , he did have two trucks on his lot and I asked can I rent one of those? He replied no those are reserved?? Like Im sir what about my reservation?? So I stepped outside and called the 1-800 uhaul number where that lady told me its not really a reservation it just like imputing your information on so you dont have to when you arrive. Again I was not happy. She then tried to send me 2 hours away to get one a declined. I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone!!
