        I was on my way home today 6/4/2020 at 11:45am One of their quad with tag axles down I take its loaded at a high rate of speed ran me off s river road going to 231 the driver on his phone. Thank god he didnt meet another car at William's st in the roundabout. He threw up his hands gave me the finger while getting in the far left lane turning to go to lafayette at a high rate of speed with yet another car blowing their horn in disgust. This driver is going to kill someone if not stopped!!
