8/22/19 - since they opened the new wellness center in west laf, I have to drive further and it isn't as personalized as it used to be. The prices are higher while the friendliness has lowered. Sad to say, am in the market for a new vet. Update 6/14/23- I had to lower the rating again due to poor customer service. It seems that when companies grow, they forget how they were able to do that - with customers!! I need a new vet office.
