Always had great service from Rabb, both at the store and in home. Last visit to the Lafayette store was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For years I have purchased filters by the case. I was told that I could not purchase by the case due to supply issues. But if I rang up separate transactions I could purchase as many as I wanted. But, I was told that I could not get a case discount. He said they did not give case discounts. I explained I had always gotten a case discount. He did not take time to check my account. If fact he never asked me my name. Just said that was the policy. I was visibly upset with the pricing, the attitude of the manager and told by this manager that it was his store and that if I didn't stop yelling at him he would not sell me any filters. Well, if I was yelling, he certainly was yelling back. I called the corporate number and was told he had called and said I yelled at him and waved my finger in his face. Seriously, the manager called headquarters to report a disgruntled customer. And, to top it off, all records of service calls were available on my account, but no records of filter purchases were. Well, you can't purchase them anywhere else. Never go back.
