We were a customer a long time ago, mid to late 2000s and havent needed them since.
Fast forward to 2023I needed info on our well for the house we bought 10 years ago and I had no idea who drilled it and the county had no record.
I called Dildens and I wish I could recall who I spoke with. The lady who answered was very nice and incredibly helpful. They did not install our well but offered to look up the info on the internet (maybe DNR?) to see if there was a record. She also offered to give me the number of a technician to talk me through my questions.
House was built before good record keeping so she didnt find any records. Im good with that.
She went over and above for me, so I can only imagine what they do for current customers!

We woke up to find we had no water and no idea what had gone wrong! The pump, the well, the pressure tank?? We called Dilden Bros. They came in less than 5 hours, replaced the capacitor and all our problems were solved! Incredibly quick response, professional work . . . we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
