I don't like to leave bad reviews but it's a nightmare being here. I've been here for the past month caring for my disabled mother and her trailer. I get two of these slapped on the door but apparently everyone in the neighborhood did. You have misbehaving children roaming the streets until midnight. The children say and scream very inappropriate things. The last manager was very unkind to my mother so she stopped calling and decided to live in regret of her choice to live here. The homes and the park do look nice but if you like peace you should consider else where. For the price of lot rent it's not worth it to either of us. Also get security cameras if you're considering living here. You won't find me on a lease here but I'm gonna save my mother from this park

Very bad experience . Evicted me for theft of electrical power. Complete misunderstanding. Angela Steele should not be a property.manager. sold me a handy man special. Now they won't even help me sell. They are trying to charge me 6000 to remove.Dont move in stay away find another park
