        I would just like to say that my electric went out in the 3 degree Fahrenheit weather and these men came out to put their best effort in to restoring it. I appreciate everything you guys do to keep the community happy and well. Thankyou guys !

        Well for my first interaction with LMU it really didnt leave me with a good feeling about the customer service they provide. I stopped to get an account set up for my new apartment and the lady was clearly having a bad day. Without asking anything about what I needed (I was thinking internet and electric ) she stated rudely she needed a $200.00 deposit CASH!!! Even though the website states credit card or cashiers check also works.. I asked only cash? She said YES! .. and walked away. So I guess Im gonna try tomorrow when someone else is there .. cash is not a problem but rudeness is.
