I can't say enough about Nic and crew. There Professional and their work is always great quality. Always dependable and always fair on price. We have done countless jobs together. And this is always going to be my go to electrical company. Thank you EES.

I had an emergency, I called EES because they were local and had a decent enough website. I was lucky I did. Kind and courteous? Sure, but that is easy to come by. Timely, honest, and caring are much harder traits to find in an excellent small businesses. I'll put it this way, I was out of power. Utility company says you, the homeowner, have to fix the meter box. Ok... I call EES. Nic Love comes out same day as soon as he can. Does his thing, which I assume is electrician stuff. Finds the part, and communicates the entire process to me. Part shows up a day early, Nic texts me asking if I can do it Tuesday instead of Wednesday. Yes! Blessed to have family near by but I want to be in my own warm house. It is February in Indiana after all. Again, coordinates with utility so I can continue to work through my day. Everything is done, EES and team did great. Got to meet two of them, super nice and helpful. Power is on house is warming. "Nope!", destiny said one more time; the power went out. I texted Nic from EES. He called the utility had them confirm their side was ok and was back at my place within an hour. Let me sum this up, the next hour he fixed the immediate issue. Not once did he try to sell me anything I didn't want at the time. I wanted my power and heat. Nic/ESS knew that and I got it. That's about it, EES fixed my stuff. Better believe next time I won't have to google, "Auroa, IN electrician."
