        No customer service, no response to voice-mails, and some of the highest rates I've ever seen. Save yourself money and time by going elsewhere.

        Ive been a policy holder for a few years now, after my auto policy rates have been consistently increasing each renewal period for no reason and no explanation why, I decided to cancel my policy and go with another company. When it was time to ensure that I would not be getting billed at my renewal period I had sent two emails to Kurtis and left a voicemail at the office, all with no response. I was simply requesting them to contact me back to let me know my policy would in fact be getting cancelled and not auto-renewed. The lack of professionalism speaks volumes; glad to be taking my business elsewhere.

        The payment never comes out when it's due and always putting me in the negative, and you can't get a hold of anyone and when you do they want work with you if you forget your account number and I never received my insurance card when I asked them to mail it to me.
