        The steak is seasoned perfectly, better than rubys. Service could be slightly faster but other than that a 5 star experience.

        This was our third year eating there for Valentines Day. We had the special for $99. The service was slow even though it did not appear that busy. My appetizer was cold ) had the lam. And veal meatballs) the server was very nice and took them back but it took forever for her to. Bring them Back hot. There were 6 of us and all of our main course was not hot. My chicken Alfredo was two chicken tenders and very Luke warm at nest. Very disappointed in the whole experience. For $139 with tip this was sub pat. Will not be back.

        Nowhere on the website does it say reservations are required. Walked up for a table for 2 at 5:00pm. Saturday December 16 the manager says first available seating is at 8:00 pm without reservations. Thanks for your hospitality! First time at the Hollywood Casino. No reason to come back.
