First of all let me start out if I can give them negative Stars I would my husband works for them are Apu went out in Florida refuse to get it fixed until we came back up to the shop wanted to make us wait sleep in a hot truck for 5 days and then when my husband quit they took money out of his check because he quit after his 90 days saying for early termination and because we couldn't vacuum the floor they kept our $250 pet deposit but the only reason we couldn't vacuum the floors because the Apu didn't work they will force you to take routes they will call you into the office every time you turn around they treat their employees like dogs not humans I would never ever suggest working for these people

Good place to work as a driver, terrible place to work as an office employee. They say you are offered time off and vacation but you will be penalized if you take it. The only people who aren't are upper management and the employees who allow the owner to talk to them however he wants. If you are not down for a potentially hostile work environment, run as fast as you can. The owner treats all the office staff like they are his personal slaves and God help you if you don't take kindly to the straight-up disrespect of the owner. And no, there is no complaint process or any help. Talking with the 2nd in command of the company will do no good - the owner has the employees right where he wants them: in fear of losing their job if they mess up in any way or have to miss a day due to any circumstances. And it doesn't matter how true you know it is, the owner will create his own false narrative to keep himself looking like a king and you looking like a patsy. Prides himself on his "family values and integrity" but the man is as slithery as any snake can be.

Menke Trucking, LLC is a very good company to work for. Craig, the owner is fair to his drivers. His team is proficient in most areas, although I refrain to give them 5* due to their less than excellent communication skills and some other personal minutiae (I'll keep my thoughts to myself), but this company will treat you fairly & honestly, run you decently, earn you a solid check & keep you happy (for the most part), the best that they're able. Thank you Menke! If I could get home every weekend, I'd roll for Menke until I retire in 2031! My son died in 2021 & this is the 1st company I've driven for since that time. I chose to try 3-4 weeks out & home for 3/4 days. After trying otr for 7+ weeks, I realized that I need to be with my wife on the weekends, so I'll have to find a regional/dedicated company. They know this, but I guess I live too far away, even though I live en route to their customers. G-luck Menke, you're a decent company to work for!
