The management of the Canterbury House Apartments is AWFUL! They never answer the phone the Voicemail box is full, and when you stop by during normal business hours you can never find anyone in the office. Shayree lied directly to me saying there was no email addresses on the applications when I filled them out myself and wrote them for both applicants. The only reason I heard from her was because I called the home office number for Kittle Properties and left a message with the HR department. This obviously got the attention of the supervisors of the local manager and assistant manager at CHA Lebanon. Explaining why Shayree was so rude and inappropriate as well as completely unprofessional during our call. We will definitely be looking elsewhere for a better place to call home!

I've been trying to get into contact with them for at least a week. All voice-mail boxes are full, no one responds to emails, and when you go during business hours no one is there. I spoke with the on-site security officer about how to get into contact since I can't leave any messages and he wasn't sure. He stated that this seems to be a constant problem. It sounds like I shouldn't be renting from them anyways. Imagine having a problem, and this is how they treat it, avoidance.
