        I went to this culvers 3/30/24. Ordered food at 1:34 per receipt. Asked employee walking around at 1:55 if our food had been forgotten. Food finally came out at 2:02. Was missing a item, requested forgotten item. Was brought the wrong item 2 times. Order was remade completely at 2:15ish. I wish they had just refunded the money instead at that point.

        Met up with family for a birthday lunch & everyone was friendly & helpful. Food was good.

        Kris and Shyann are always nice and pleasant! Even when some of the other customers there are mean to them they are composed and dedicated to service! They were so great in helping me when there was an issue, (my burger was missing some stuff) they went above and beyond to fix it! I always prefer this Culvers. The food and service is always top tier.
