every time i go there my card never works. i always have to go inside, which is annoying as it is. last time i went there, not only did i have to go inside to pay, but they put my money on a pump that was out of service. so when i went back in there they put it on a new pump, but a car beat me to it and used the money i put on there. even though it got figured out, it was very annoying and seems like they need to get their stuff together.

I have been going here for years for the pizza and cheesy breadsticks i recommend it to all my friends.But tonight it was horrible,i arrived on time,everything was cold,pizza and breadsticks were thin as paper. toppings were few and just tossed in random places.a meat galore pizza had 7 pepperoni slices on it. I dont know if the cook needs more training or what but it makes me not want to go back. I gave it a 1 star when normally it would have been a 10 star if it were possible. Very unhappy

Super slow cashiers and do not seemed trained enough to do the simplest of tasks. Provide more training and maybe it would not be as bad.

I don't usually rate business but I just moved back to Lebanon. Before I left you changed cooks and you had one of the best breaded tenderloins in town. When your cook changed your food went to the dump. I would like to know that has changed and you have a good cook before I start buying food there again. My husband used his app to order food in a regular basis and it was right before we moved to Crawfordsville (around 4th of July) the cook had changed. We now live back in Lebanon and hope things are back to the way they were. If you do not respond we know not to order there again. I will change my rating to 5 stars if the food is good again. And I will also change the wording in my rating. There is no excuse for burning the tenderloins. It happened 2 times so we stopped ordering then moved for personal reasons. But like I said, we're back and would like a good tenderloin now and then and the cheesey potato puffs. The thin pizza is excellent but the tenderloins were better. Let us know if you got it back together. I'm sure we are not the only ones that complained.
