-truck gps is corrrect -overnight parking onsite, there is a pilot right infront of the building -no gaurd shack! Do not stop at the shack. -check in is by dock 1 -they open at 7am and close at 3 for paper roll loads -no bathroom -paper rolls go to dock 3 in the back where the blue dot is -you break seal,open doors, put the paperwork in the trailer, green light you are good to go.

I just not to give them even 1 star I arrived on my time with amazon loads from amazon facility Whitestown The guy at the window his Name is Ray not treating people good He uses force to pull you out from the shipping office Amazon loads are always running with time I explained him the situation very well but he is terrible and rude person We affected our scores if we didn't deliver on time Even you asking him politely he doesn't listen He said I don't care about your appointment Not good he have to care of well drivers He don't understand at all what hassles we have The company is not bad but some people working in it Please give him advice to treat drivers very nicely It's my advice for the company Thank you
