        Worst mistake ever thinking they were going to help, asked me to wait, so we did six hours and no communication and no rental. But a few people that came in way later were giving rentals. Im native and I get the feeling that played a big part why they refused to rent to me when I made the reservation two weeks in advance. Worst was when they left me without a vehicle in a town that had nothing. Gladly a co worker helped me out. Never rent from them in Kokomo, Indiana I now know better to get my rentals from Indianapolis instead of a small town
