Did a very nice job on my 3 trees in front of my house. Cleaned up the mess and everything was fine. Price was great for the amount of work they did. I'll use them again if needed.

Melton's tree service trimmed and cut our trees at a faor rate and were prompt. They dumped a bunch of mulch on our property after asking permission to do so saving them work and money removing it. We received more mulch than anticipated, but were grateful to have it for various purposes.
A few weeks later Melton's returned and cut down our neighbor's massive silver maple tree. Once again we gave them permission to dump more mulch, but told them we did not want anymore after that as we had way more than we could ever use. In the process of cutting our neighbor's tree, Melton's destroyed our back yard and put no effort into smoothing it out. On top of that, the additional mulch we allowed them to dump on our property to help them cut cost was dumped all over the only driveway giving us vehicular access to our barn. We called Melton's once we saw how badly our yard was damaged and that our drive was blocked by a mountain of mulch and politely requested that they move the mulch off the drive and smooth out the ruts they left in our yard from cutting our neighbor's tree. They apologized and assured us they would come fix this, so we gave them time to come make it right. Nearly a month passed and we never heard anything more from Melton's, except to find out they had been by to dump MORE MULCH ON OUR DRIVEWAY! All this right after we told them we did not want more mulch AND after we asked them to unblock our driveway! We are now highly disappointed with Melton's professionalism and how they have abused us. I am now forced to borrow a family member's tractor an hour away that they use on a daily basis in order to attempt to dig out our driveway and fix our yard that can no longer be mowed. I DO NOT recommend Melton's service at all. They took advantage of my elderly grandmother's hospitality and soft spoken nature and blew me off entirely when I stood up for her.
