I ordered a very large image 64x96 . They sent the image in 4 panels . Overall the image was blurry, that was very disappointing. It was also very difficult to install . Smaller sizes may be better . Shipping was fast! I just wish the Image quality was better .

Ordered floor mats march 15th. They have yet to come and no one has returned my calls. I feel ripped off.

Great product, I ordered a laminated rear window decal, shipped quickly and with no defects. Greg got in touch just to say thanks for the purchase which to me says alot about a company and how much they appreciate your business. I will be a return customer and highly recommend to anyone considering using this small business.

Ordered two cornhole board wraps, that arrived within 3 days. When unrolling them to begin applying them to the boards, I could feel and see grit of some sort that was trapped between the print and the vinyl covering. Trying to run a squeegee over this during application I am sure would tear through the vinyl overlay. Not knowing how to proceed, I called the number included - which went directly to voicemail, and left brief message as to problems I was having, and would appreciate a call back. Received no return call, so I emailed and included a picture of the troubled area, again asking for a reply with a direction I should move forward with. Again, no reply. Four additional phone calls, all directed to voicemail, and four additional emails were all unanswered as before. ...so I filled out a return authorization request, not knowing what else I could do. Got an immediate answer that my email was received, and I should expect additional info on my return within a few days that was over a week ago, still no reply. The cornhole boards I was making, were for a donation to a cancer fundraising auction, and I wanted them to be be of high quality for the winning bidder. Not receiving any answers to my numerous phone calls and emails about the problems I saw in the wraps, I was forced to buy another set from a different source to complete my project. I paid top dollar for these wraps from Lets Print Big, I didnt think I was ordering factory seconds or flawed merchandise, which is what I feel I received. Nobody will contact me back, there is no customer service, or service after the sale with this company, I guess if you have a problem, like me, you are stuck with it. My advice, take your business elsewhere. Before placing an order, first call or email the business to see if someone there actually cares enough about customer service to pick up a phone, or will take the time to answer an email. Lets Print Big doesnt. "
