Beautiful restoration of the upstairs space making it a fantastic bed and breakfast. Sitting room with TV, kitchen with everything you need to prepare small meals. Mr. Coffee maker, Kuerig, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and tv in both rooms. 1 small bathroom yet its efficient use of space makes it easy to maneuver in. 3 lovely porches to enjoy. Gas grill. Walking distance to shops and restaurants on the Main Street. 5 minute drive to Cliffty Falls State Park. 5 minute walk to the Ohio River with walking paths. 3 bicycles available for guests to use. Owners are currently restoring the lower space and it will be available very soon. Checkout this Bed and Breakfast on your next getaway to Madison, Indiana. I give it 5 stars!
