Charlie Brown Sewer & Drain Cleaning LLC

We had them come out to clean our clean out pipe and they said they fixed the problem that was some roots going towards our house. Had water backing up again less than a week later. They came back and cleaned out the blockage right by the pipe towards the house, but there was another about 30 feet out towards the road. The one towards the road they said they were afraid to lose their snake, so they just quit after about 30 seconds of trying. A few weeks later and our water is backed up again because the issue was never taken care of and we wasted $200. Called another company to come out who actually stayed for like an hour and fixed the problem. They made a comment that they hear this kind of stuff with Charlie Brown a lot. Don't waste your money, just go to another company who will actually fix your problem! I hate writing negative reviews for local places, but I don't want anyone else wasting time and money when they can go to another place who will actually help you and charge the same amount. Guys came out for a plugged toilet this morning 2 23 23 and asked me where the clean out or something was? I had no clue, they said they couldn't hang out and dig all day, that when I found it give them a call. Don't contact these plumbers unless you know the in's and outs of plumbing.
